1. Using CT Massmail

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all campaigns, contacts and messages sent through it. You must use the service in accordance with applicable laws, Gmail policies and anti-spam requirements.

2. Gmail and recipients

You must have appropriate permission to send messages to your recipients. Do not use CT Massmail for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited campaigns.

3. Plans and limits

Account limits are determined by the plan configured for your account. Current plans may change, and the service may enforce daily sending limits.

4. Scheduling and automation

Scheduled sends and follow-ups are automated operations. You are responsible for reviewing campaign content, recipients and timing before enabling them.

5. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery by third-party mail providers or any particular campaign result.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed according to the selected plan and payment-provider terms. Failed or reversed payments may cause premium access to end.
