1. Overview

CT Massmail provides Gmail campaign management, contact management, scheduling and engagement tracking. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the website, web app or Chrome extension.

2. Information we process

When you connect Gmail, we process the account information and OAuth credentials required by the service to act on your behalf. We may also process contact information, campaign content, send records, tracking events and subscription information that you choose to store in the service.

3. Gmail access

Gmail access is authorized through Google OAuth. CT Massmail uses the permissions required for campaign sending and related functionality. We do not sell Gmail account information or use it for unrelated advertising.

4. Tracking

Campaign tracking may record events such as email opens and tracked link clicks. These events are used to provide campaign analytics and follow-up functionality.

5. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through the configured payment provider. CT Massmail does not need to store your full payment-card credentials to provide the subscription service.

6. Security

We use authentication tokens, HTTPS in production deployments and access controls intended to limit account data to the authorized user. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and deletion

Information may remain while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, maintain records and resolve disputes. Contact support to request account-data deletion, subject to operational and legal requirements.
